Privacy policy
Your privacy, in plain words.

This is the website of FellowFlow, a studio in Amman, Jordan, that builds the online identity of businesses. It is run by its three founders, Abdullah Kishtaini, Ali Elbusaifi and Mahmoud Abu Hijleh. This page explains what happens to your information when you visit fellowflow.ai, when you contact us, and when we contact you first.
In short
- This site sets no cookies of its own, and has no ads and no tracking pixels. It counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (see Visit counts below).
- The form does not send anything to us. It opens WhatsApp with your message written, and it reaches us only if you press send.
- We use your details only to talk with you about our work and to do the work you ask for. We never sell them.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
What this website collects
This site itself keeps nothing about you. There are no accounts, and it does not save anything you type.
The free first look form
When you fill in the form and press Send on WhatsApp, the site turns your answers into a message and opens WhatsApp with it. WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, receives that text as soon as it opens, under WhatsApp's privacy policy. The message reaches us only if you press send in WhatsApp. Because the text travels inside the WhatsApp link, it may also stay in your browser history.
When you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp, call or email, we receive what you share: usually your name, your phone number or email, your business and any link you send. We use it only to answer you, to prepare your free first look and, if we work together, to deliver that work. We never sell it, and we share it only with the services listed below that help us do that work.
We use it because you contacted us and asked for an answer. We keep it until you ask us to delete it. When you ask, we delete it from our WhatsApp, email, GitHub and team dashboard, and take down any preview we made for your business, except anything the law requires us to keep. Copies held by the services listed below are removed under their own rules, which can take some time.
If we contact you first
Sometimes we find a business through its public listings, such as Google, Instagram or its own website, and contact it first. We note public details about the business: its name, address, phone, hours, what it sells and some of its public reviews. We keep these notes in GitHub and our team dashboard, Claude helps us look them up, and we may build a preview website to show you.
We use these details only to talk with you about our work. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you and to delete our notes and the preview.
What stays on your device
One small note in your browser remembers that the opening animation has already played, so it does not replay every time you open the page. It is never sent to us, and it disappears when you close the tab.
Services from other companies
- Hosting. Cloudflare delivers this website for us. Like every web host, it handles technical details such as your IP address, your browser and the page you asked for, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. It may also set a short-lived security cookie to tell real visitors from automated attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Visit counts. Cloudflare Web Analytics tells us how many times each page is opened, how fast it loads and how quickly it responds. When a page opens, and again when you leave it, a small Cloudflare script sends the page's address, the page you came from, how long the page took to load, and how quickly it reacted when you tapped, clicked or typed (including which part of the page that was). Cloudflare also sees your browser and device type and works out your country. Cloudflare says that, for these counts, it uses no cookies or other storage on your device and does not use your IP address or browser details to recognise you over time (how Cloudflare Web Analytics works). We only see totals, never who you are. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Fonts. Our fonts are stored on our own server, so no other company is contacted when the page loads its text.
- WhatsApp. Messages you send us on WhatsApp travel through WhatsApp, which is run by Meta, under WhatsApp's privacy policy.
- Email. Our email is Gmail, run by Google, under Google's privacy policy.
- Our work tools. We keep notes on enquiries and projects in GitHub, where we track our tasks (GitHub's privacy statement), and in our own team dashboard, which Cloudflare hosts.
- Website previews. When we build a website for your business, its preview and the files behind it are public on GitHub (labsuncut.github.io), so you can see it before you decide.
- AI assistant. We use Claude, an AI assistant made by Anthropic, to help us research, write and build websites. When it helps with your first look or your website, it sees the details you sent us, and Anthropic handles them under Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Links. Links to WhatsApp, phone, email and the websites shown in Our work take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply there.

Your rights
Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law (No. 24 of 2023) gives you rights over your information. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you and for a copy of it, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. It costs nothing. Message us on WhatsApp or email us. We aim to reply within 24 hours.
If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to Jordan's Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, which handles personal data complaints.
